If a science is advanced enough it appears as magic. Don Juan, the factional character in Castaneda's books affirmed that we are only awareness. How come then we are trapped in bodies and a material world? The negative memetic energy parasites possess our space-like awareness of matter and use our energy to solidify our awareness in their prison. Magic is the science of manipulating the matter of the prison to return it to its dream-like essence. Energy is vital to RI but with our space-like awareness, we cannot be aware of matter's space-like nature to use RI upon it. Bereft of this awareness matter remains inviolate to warping to our will. Quartz devic awareness plus mudshadow energy from their shredded remains enables magic RI - psychokinesis, or telekinesis as it is called by the Russians.
Using telekinesis to alter the matter in your body to its dreamlike nature is relevant if you want to change your body form, i.e. get thin by eating. I found my body lost weight and gained muscle when I stopped marathon swimming and used my quartz amplifiers to suck energy out of the negative memetic energy parasites. Luckily I live in a city full of parasitized human so delarva-ing them as I walk the streets is second nature. This dude didn't watch the war very closely. CNN tried hard not to show pro-war images. The only time that CNN showed images of Abrams fighting was when the Pentagon gave them footage. I think one day CNN spent more time on footage of the Abrams that we left behind and scrapped than they showed of victorious fighting.
