The 44-year-old son of Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan is in Indiana State Police custody after a hit and run accident.
Police say Nasir H. Farrakhan of Chicago is being held at the Porter County Jail for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license, leaving the scene of an accident, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Farrakhan was driving his Hummer on the Indiana Toll Road in LaPorte County when the accident happened.

At 44 and driving DUI, no license and drug paraphelia my guess is he has been screwed up most of his life.

Uh, drug paraphanalia too, whats up with this. Perhaps Pop should had have been more attentive to home. I'm sure there is a quote from the good book to cover this!

It sure smells like a set up to me. The Ohio troopers (that's where Cincinnati is) tracked this young man and tagged him for the Indiana guys, known for their Byrd-like hatred of minorities. And, the Indiana troopers swooped in on him.
This is wrong! There were stereotyping!! Racial profiling!! Let me say that again, RACIAL PROFILING!!
As an aside, I've always wondered if the members of Louie's cult are homosexuals. Why else would they call themselves the "Fruit of Islam?"

You'll hear more criticism of Bill Bennett gambling that you EVER will about an alcohol drinking Muslim! And a hit and run accident to boot. More proof that
"Islam means peace"!;)

He's 44. (reedin fer comprehnshun) DUH!
It's late. I just spent the afternoon and evening with a houseful of teenagers, pre-teens and toddlers. I'm blonde. With all those strikes against me, there aren't too many firing neurons left for me to work with...
Thanks for walking me through the article. :-)
