One gander of her *ss and it's a sure bet it's been a longer spell since she did much walking too.

...as considerate as Senator Clinton.

Considerate? I don't think she was being considerate. It was selfishness pure and simple. She didn't want to commit any gaffe that might turn into a valuable photo opp for the Pubbies. Simple conceit. She is incapable of consideration for others.

The Secret Service doesn't prevent Dubya from driving his truck--or jet planes.

W only gets to drive on the Ranch. He just loves to pile into the truck with another head of state with the wives in the back.

I do feel sorry for the SS that had to tell W he could not fly the 2 seater fighter jet. That would be a hard thing to tell the CinC.

The former first lady fessed up that it's been at least seven years since she last drove and this wasn't the time to start.

As usual, with the Clintons, you have to dissect what is said: "...since she last drove..."

I seem to remember W's father being highly criticized for not knowing what a grocery price scanner was. Now, we have Her Thighness being driven around for seven years. Who's out of touch with the people?

She wants to drive a nation , and she can't even drive a car.

Wonderful wording! Someone should use this in an ad. It's perfect!

Hasn't driven in 7 years!!! Is she in touch with ordinary citizens? How can she possibly feel our commute pain?

I remember when President Bush #41 was pilloried over the innocent fact that he had never seen a grocery store scanner before.

Now had it been a hydrogen fueled broomstick, she'd have hopped right on, plenty of recent experience on those babies.

Of course, Shrillary does not drive a car. She travels by broom.

Hehehehe, only little people drive themselves.

Besides, there are too many rules on the road for Shrillery to observe. Why, it's just distracting her from her work for the people.

The former first lady fessed up that it's been at least seven years since she last drove and this wasn't the time to start.

That would put her behind the wheel around 1995 or 1996, while she was First Lady. Based on this, I don't think we can attribute the lack of driving to Secret Service restrictions.

"...Her Thighness..."

My first laugh of the day - thanks, Paul!

Thanks, too, Hillary, for being such a broad target...

I know that Sheila Jackson Lee abuses tax payer money by having a car service pick her up and drop her merely 2 blocks down the street! These liberals are ALL about the abuse of power...meanwhile, our Commander in Chief promotes daily exercise for himself and for others!
