I don't see one sailor smiling and bristling with pride, from the admiral to the seaman. How much did this photo op cost the american taxpayers, and he didn't thank them for anything. The carpet should be blue to match womens dresses.

I started to post a comment along that line, (earning the right to wear a flight jacket), there are other photos of the 'Toon on various naval vessels and he looks out of place in those as well.
