Boortz made a good point about a date being planned during school hours and on school ground. What if the date turned horribly wrong and a rape occured. Is the school responsible or liable because the date was planned during school and at the school?

I have never understood the obsession some people have with making people like them. To me, it is an insult for someone who doesn't like me to be forced or shamed into apologizing/associating with me. If it isn't sincere, it isn't worth anything. I know there are situations in which people have to associate with each other, but on their own time, if they want to be with certain people, that's their own affair.

LOL! O'Reilly has been so bad lately, I've been willing to watch ANYTHING but him. What's with him and the sex and race stuff anyway? The porn movie at college, the college professor of a sex class, and this episode, where he becomes completely unhinged with another's viewpoint. He is no voice for THIS conservative. On the other hand, this week we've had a classy example of someone who was confronted with a private avarice and took the high road: Bill Bennett. Maybe FOX will let Bennett guest host The Factor while Bill gets some kind of vacation. Wouldn't that be cool? Or even Neal Boortz?

I think since the war 'The Factor' simply has not been very good. Now to give him a slight benefit of the doubt it's got to be hard to get back into normal type news after a war. However things like his ridiculous looting stand, which we have now learned was not nearly as bad as had been reported, that caused him to give the military a 'B' grade, and which I have yet to hear him say he was wrong about, and now this, just stupid, prom story is really turning off a lot of people, including me.

I take it you've never heard Mr. Boortz talking about Christianity. To put it politely, he no friend to the Religious Right.I've been listening to Boortz for nigh 20 years. Used to listen to Ludlow Porch too.
To put it politely, the Religious Right is no friend of liberty. Dangerous bunch of kooks who typically need to read the Constitution more and the Bible less. One tells us how to run the country, the other how to run our individual lives, not the lives of everyone else.
Think about it.

Can you imagine a bunch of Pakistanis sitting around having this conversation? Here we are with computers, and I can just imagine the firebombings, Kalashnikov fire, lynchings, and so on, just to win an argument. Well, if they were in this country, it would be a food fight.
At wholesale.

I do believe O'Reilly is going through a major midlife crisis, with all the emphasis on sex stories. Maybe his Viagra isn't working.
At any rate, he appears to be having a very public meltdown.

He's given Hollywood more of a pass on their crap than he has the governor of Georgia.

I am not a radio talk show listener; (the long commerical breaks drive me nuts), but I know that B.O. coming up against Rush was a longshot.
Imus..I have flipped to MSNBC in the morning and I think he's talking in his sleep. What a ~Y-A-W-N~........
I've lived in GA since 1980, and the biggest high school issue here was when the one and only high school could not be expanded and the county was forced to have to build a second high school, thus splitting up the football team.

Yeah--I've noticed how he slobbers all over the beautiful dames. Even the Las Vegas prostitutes. He mustn't be getting any at home.

I think the biggest high school issue you've had there in Georgia was the PBS expose of all those sex-crazed kids in Rockdale County and the skyrocketing syphilis rate there.

Not just him it was prom here prom there prom everywhere.
Heck there will most likely never even be any charges filed. Fights break out around here every year at our festival. All they are talking about doing is putting in a curfew.
Wait for the charges then brodcast.

I just saw the Boortz interview.
O'reilly needs a major freeping...
That "party" was "planned" by the kids who wanted to "hang out" together.
Where the hell is Freedom, Mr. O'reilly...Should the school beaurocrats divvy out friends for each student?
I didn't like O'reilly before, and now I know that he is just a typical media whore pandering to his "audience".
Unfortunately for him, this may cost him some of his "audience".

I just caught the exchange on the O'Repeat.
Bill O'Reilly has lost his mind. That was the most stupid 5 or 6 minutes of TV I have seen in a long time. O'Reilly is so full of himself that he feels compelled to order the Governor of a state to make a statement because some kids at a school have a private party. INSANE!!!
Every day there are 'Black Only' events, club meetings, reunions, seminars, beauty paegents, television programs, etc., etc. Every day, blacks at schools across the country decide they are going to have a party and invite only blacks. O'reilly says not a word.
But let some white kids, who by the way, ARE THE MINORITY AT THAT SCHOOL, decide the same thing, and it is an issue that the Governor has to remark on???
Give me a Freakin' break.
O'reilly needs to go back to Inside Edition ... he is an intellectual lightweight ... he has no clue.
