Oh, how sinister. It is not possible that the US was trying to prevent an economic and environmental disaster of unthinkable proportions, is it? And as I learned while listening to NPR on the way home, the US and the Brits are domineering and arrogant when they do come to the oil fields and that we are clearly lying when we say the oil belongs to the Iraqi people. This after learning this morning that it was a bad thing to release the children in Bagdad from prison where they clearly explained they were being tortured. Why, because we don't have any qualified social workers there now. I think my head is going to explode if I hear one more sows ear out of a silk purse story. Rant ended.

And ... I have seen a couple of articles from other media who say the nuke sites had been looted some time ago - long before the war started.
