Aye. I meant that as kind of a joke. I really don't think Johnsonville Brats are made anywhere near Germany. Probably closer to Scandinavia. hehe

The Germans misunderstood Bush.
He's not trying to drive a wedge between old and new Europe.
He's trying to give old Europe a wedgie...

Time for the U.S. to revive the Warsaw Pact, and then join it. (Russia can take our place in NATO, and let them put up with the French.) This is the funniest half-serious message I've read since I came to FreeRepublic.
I'm going to talk this one up.

I think Germany is missing a good opportunity to shut their cakeholes.

The US gave Poland the responsibility of Northern Iraq; Poland tries to be nice to a European neighbor by suggesting they can be involved too; the neighbor growls at Poland and tries to bite the hand outstretched in friendship.
Make no mistake, Poland didn't have to offer that hand, given the last 2-300 years of European history.........but they did.
Shame on Germany!

Beautiful, my imagination is beautiful, in my minds eye I can see the krauts klicking their heels, when given an order by a Polish officer. Nice job President GWB, make the krauts eat mud!

"I've said it here several times to a mute response, we are going to have to protect Poland with force. Both from Germany and Russia"
I read recently of the heroism of the Polish navy in protecting the British Islands, the bravery of Polish pilots in the Battle of Britain, and the audacious work of the Polish code-breakers who smuggled out the German ultra secret device.
Germany and Russia will have to deal with GROM, the Polish commandos (GROM is an acronym, but also means "thunder").
Here, GROM commandos board ships in the Iraq harbor at Basra.

So what's the Polish phrase for "Bite Me Hans!"???

And us. We are going to make Poland a strong ally. I will support it with everything that I can do.
