WASHINGTON (CNN) --The White House on Wednesday strongly defended President Bush's national address last week from an aircraft carrier, rejecting Democratic criticism that the president's dramatic arrival on the USS Abraham Lincoln was little more than a campaign event for a president up for re-election in 2004.

President Bush represents me, you, and all Americans. He flew out to the Abe Lincoln with a special "thank you" to our troops. He thanked them for me. With every hug, kiss, smile, pat on the back, word, and tail hook landing, President Bush thanked them in a big way! I could not have done it better myself!

democrats don`t fly,bump.

I called Henry's office and asked him to look into the cost of John Glenn's shuttle flight while he was at it.

According to FOX's legal guy - this was NOT a political event for the President. To be political, the President would have had to promote someone running for office - he did not ... or the President would have to be on a ballot himself - he was not!
Sorry dems - this was not a political event SO SHUT YOUR MOUTH!!!!!!

President Bush to the world:
"As leader of the Armed Forces of my nation I am willing to do that which I ask of the my troops."
How simple is that?

On another thread someone suggested that Wanker Waxman be told to look into the cost of the DemocRAT filibustering of the Bush judicial nominees.
Maybe that would shut his pie hole

call him and ask him what he is doing about Deputy March's killer (he's not my congressional rep as I'm in Ventura County, but still..who cares; he's in California and so am I). As far as I'm concerned he also represents the state.

They've called on the White House to provide an analysis of how much the landing cost, and they want to compare it with what a helicopter landing would have cost.Don't worry dipos, it probably didn't cost, even a small fraction of what clippy spent traveling around the world for really bogus reasons.

Wanna bet the Dims use the footage in one of their advertisments against President Bush???

The victorious warrior commander commiserates with his forces, affirming himself as one of them. Yes, I wouldn't expect democrats to able to understand that at all.

I know. It's amazing seing democrats who criticized bush for all of his flying around the country campaigning in 2002, when Slick Willy did the *Exact Same Thing*.
To: MeeknMing
Waxman said Bush used ...I want to know why Waxman uses the Congressional podium as a venue for sexual pickups.
Can the GAO do an investigation on that?

No wonder the Democratic mascot is the jackass.

They probably only will if they're going to bring up his military service record. Which would mean that it'd have to be a candidate who has military service, or they wouldn't dare do that.

I don't recall the press getting in a tizzy over Clinton's $100 MILLION+ vacation in Africa.
