Hillary plans to fly in the gondola of a hot air (symbolic?) balloon in an attempt to upstage the President. She will carry a megaphone and announce her candidacy in 2004.

I've been reading Ambling Into History by Frank Bruni, and he says that's how Dubya is, likes to hug, pat, kind of wrassle around a little, and that during the campaign he loved to come up behind bald reporters, put his hands on their heads like an old-time preacher and yell "Heal!" Guess he's got a pretty elfish sense of humor.
