I guess this school district doesn't call it's 12th grade students 'seniors' because it's so demeaning. Just think how the 11th grade student's feel if they're still referred to as 'juniors'. Just disgraceful!

too late.......My college went to "first-year students" through "Fourth-Year students". The term "freshmen" is demeaning to women, don't you know.

At the time (10 years ago) the kids pretty much ignored this PC BS. Not sure what's going on today......
