I like the idea of getting Bush on the ballot as being nominated by another party or upstart "third party" if it comes to that.
I think there is a point to be made about Republicans who complained about the NJ Senate insanity but you play with the hand your dealt. You may not like the 3-point line in basketball but if your team is behind by 3 with 10 seconds left, you certainly are going to take that shot from behind the arch.
kerry would have to spend $0.00 in California if this is the case, which I doubt.
Bad news. Bush is not going to win CA, but we don't want to hand it to Kerry. It'll just make it easier for him to campaign in the other states.
Your state is trying to make sure you don't have an opportunity to vote for Bush. My suggestion is that you quickly move to a state where they have democracy.
Nominating him in some other party would be 100% fine with me. I just don't like our side pushing to change the rules. We knew the rules going in.
It's perfectly acceptable to change a law using the legislative process. A little novel these days, but acceptable nonetheless.
