Scott Lively, author of "The Pink Swastika" (a book which exposes the homosexual connection to the Nazi's) writes the following in his latest newsletter:
A sudden opportunity has arisen to tour Berlin with the man who led Nazi Deputy Fuehrer Rudolph Hess to the Lord. Lt. Colonel Eugene Bird was Commandant of Spandau Prison from 1964 to 1972 (where Hess was held) and co-authored a book with him. He has recently read 'The Pink Swastika' and praises it highly. He has volunteered to take me on a tour of Nazi sites in Berlin and provide me with the benefits of his extensive personal knowledge of the city and its Nazi secrets, including museum exhibits that would have special meaning to 'Pink Swastika' readers. I will gather a wealth of photos for the next edition and video footage of myself interviewing Col. Bird.
I am also in negotiations with a translator to produce a German version of the book and will have the chance to meet him there. There is substantial interest in 'The Pink Swastika' in Germany.

Sadomasochism That sadomasochism and homoeroticism often occur together with Nazism in the Holocaust film is a fact that has long been recognized and is frequently observed. Ilan Avisar, in
Screening the Holocaust, traces what he calls the connection of Nazism and "sexual deviance" to Rossellinis
Open City.
[1] Gerd Gemünden suggests that in 1942, "the association of male homosexuality with sadism and perversion [as in the effeminate portrayal of Heydrich in
Hangmen Also Die]
anticipates postwar films such as
The Damned (Visconti 1969) and
Night Porter (Cavani 1974)."

[2] Gerd Gemünden, "Brecht in Hollywood: Hangmen Also Die and the Anti-Nazi Film," TDR 43 (4) (Winter 1999): 65-7; The earliest book in English to conflate Nazism with sexual perversion was Samuel Igras Germany's National Vice (London: Quality Press, Ltd., 1945).

There HAS to be an underlying psycological cause
Conclusion to the Psychological Effects of Combat - Dave Grossman, Author It is often said that "All's fair in love and war," and this expression provides a valuable insight into the human psyche, since these twin, taboo fields of sexuality and aggression represent the two realms in which most individuals will consistently deceive both themselves and others. Our psychological and societal inability to confront the truth about the effects of combat is the foundation for the cultural conspiracy of repression, a deception and denial that has helped to perpetuate and propagate war throughout recorded history.
In the field of developmental psychology, a mature adult is sometimes defined as someone who has attained a degree of insight and self-control in the two areas of sexuality and aggression. This is also a useful definition of maturity in civilizations. Thus, two important and reassuring trends in recent years have been the development of the science of human sexuality, which has been termed "sexology," and a parallel development of the science of human aggression, which D. Grossman has termed "killology." There is a universal consensus that continued research in this previously taboo realm of human aggression is vital to the future development, and perhaps to the very existence, of our civilization.

And here all along I thought the modern gay rights movements were the Pink Nazi's. I stand humbly corrected.

It will be interesting to read the author's report when he returns from Germany. I suspect he'll have some new information to share. Flag me.

Very, very interesting. I sent an email to Scott Lively and directed him to this thread. I hope he stops by and reads everyone's comments. Thanks. For victory & freedom!!!

No pix please, those things are too sick.No kidding. I remember seeing this movie (true life) of one of those a-hole Nazi "doctors" observing a creepy Nazi soldier beating a little kid about the head with a rifle butt . . . so the "doctor" could study the effect on the brain. SICK BEYOND BELIEF! Sometimes Michael Savage calls Senator Barbara Boxer "Mengala" because of her support for partial birth abortion. Excuse me now while I go and throw up.

I'm hoping Scott Lively is reading all these comments and will make sure to send a report to us when he gets back from Germany. Scott Lively is one of my major heros. My husband and I think the world of him. He's very courageous in his quiet way. For victory & freedom!!!

Uh, the reason I posted those picts was to illustrate a point. Neither of those were "Maplethorp", sexually graphic, lude, R rated, or overly shocking in any way. I posted them in an attempt to link Nazi era modern art with the products of current left wing art. That is not something that can be done with text.
I agree that Moderators do and should remove whatever they feel is offensive, however, simply because "I_LOVE_MY_HUSBAND" doesn't like ugly, isn't a reason to limit a discussion. The precedent would allow any troll to shut down any argument they don't want expressed in an open forum.
Could either of you please Freepmail me with an explanation how the above post was a violation of board policy.

If it'll make you feel any better, they won't allow pictures of aborted fetuses, either. It's not my call; it's theirs; and I trust them with my life. Thanks for your comments, though - very much. For victory & freedom!!!

Pictures that offend do not belong on the forum.

Hey. Does this ban apply to links as well? I understand people not wanting to see the stuff when they're cruising the posts, but a link with a warning should be OK, right? Just curious...

That's not a bad idea. Issue a "warning" about graphic pictures so those who wish to avoid them may do so. But it'll never work . . . makes too much sense. LOL!
