The Harrisburg Patriot News Decoursey reports that Senator Rick Santorums (R-PA) defenders are now under gag order.
White House and Republican National Committee officials told GOP insiders yesterday by conference call, voice mail and e-mail not to comment about Santorum's comments letting them speak for himself.

I agree. I called my Senators and said I support Santorum and I hope they do too.

I couldn't access the full article, but *if* it's true...
Notice it says "Senator Rick Santorum's (R-PA) defenders are now under gag order."
What about his attackers, like Snowe and Chafee?
Not to mention, do the WH and RNC really think the Democrats and leftist media will let this slide?

Rove is the one digging the hole if he thinks he's going to win elections by pandering to buggerers.

What "hole"
I heard Santorum's explanation, it's perfectly logical and reasonable.
It's very defensable, if for no other reason than it's just common sense.
If you begin with the premise that consensual, sexual activity in a home cannot be regulated, then you open all kinds of doors. That's a winding road that passes by homosexual behavior and keeps right on going.
Iagine what FR's own Libertarians could do with such a concept.
Wanna screw a goat in your garage? Heeeeey, that's okay. It's all about "privacy right's" baby.. Incest? It's all good, cause of "privacy right's" (and on, and on..)

Yeah, right. Keep waiting for the moment, but don't hold your breath, you'd pass out long before that happens

I think he meant the public relations hole, as pictured by the predominant liberal media.

Good point, I don't see anyone attacking Sen. McInsane right now.

What else is there to say? A statement by Santorum was taken out of context and distorted by political operatives with the DNC. Why continue to speak and allow them to distort all further statements?
I believe they are getting a spine by not playing along with this stupidity.

Thanks for the link ewing, but by "unsourced" I was refering to the use of "Officials" and "Insiders" in the story..
Not the source link itself.

Word's already filtering out that Santorum was misquoted by a reporter who was the wife of a Dem operative (Jim Jordan).
In this case, I'd go after the reporter. Hard.

If you begin with the premise that consensual, sexual activity in a home cannot be regulated, then you open all kinds of doors. I begin with the premise that consensual, adult, unmarried, sexual activity in a home cannot be enforced, if regulated.
Why regulate sodomy if you have no intention of enforcing laws against it?

He's tried to explain them, but he hasn't denied what he said.
