If it falls under the the Federal Communications Commission purview, I think it might. Of course, I'm not a lawyer and I don't play one on TV.

I wonder what the possible penalties for such threats?In most states, terroristic threats have usually netted the perp 2 to 5 years in prison. The penalties vary slightly from state to state.
