Scott was arrested after the black plastic was found but before the DNA test results. I think we have the smoking plastic here.

The trarp sounds more like some kind of agricultural bedding liner to reduce weeds. It was 42inches x 20 feet. Did Scott sell this kind of stuff in a roll and where is the rest of the roll and do the edges match?

Scott was a fertilizer salesman and you're right, he could have sold the stuff OR...he could have dickered with a farmer/client or such for the tarp type plastic.
