when that rumor flew about, many Freepers, checked and verified, RG, and Stockhrse and nothing, nada.. Just serveral recording transactions on the deed of the Covena home. Currently has a 1st and 2nd mortgages on it... Most likely because of the pool constuction sometime during late Oct 2001, or 2002....Check hergus' website, it is listed before and after aerial photo shots of the pool/property.

I'm glad they were trying their best Anse.. Until they found the bodies, I had quit following as closely.
I feel that there are no coincidences.. The hand of God brought laci and the baby to the shores of that bay so the police wouldn't have to go to court without a body. I really believe that.
I have to go for awhile...son needs the puter.

I don't feel the need for a zapper. I think my brother just likes to watch them fly in and hear the crackle. I suggested he could just wear Off when he sits outside, as I do. I mean, even with the zapper, the mosquitoes which haven't been zapped yet still bite.
Black flies sound horrible. But flying roaches are worse b/c they get into the HOUSE. Then they lie in wait in some venetian blind. You don't know they're there until you see that the cat has been staring intently at the venetian blind for an hour. Then the thing comes flying out. Somehow it always manages to aim straight for your face.

I would think that if circumstances were "thin" that the death of the "fetus" or "infant" could be covered in the felony murder rule...dead "infant or fetus" as a result of a murder and I believe premeditated murder/possible kidnapping, depending on where Laci was actually murdered...another felony murder charge...easy.
Remember a kidnapping is the unauthorized transportation of a person but that transportation could in theory be 2 feet...depends on the DA's vendeta.
