when that rumor flew about, many Freepers, checked and verified, RG, and Stockhrse and nothing, nada.. Just serveral recording transactions on the deed of the Covena home. Currently has a 1st and 2nd mortgages on it... Most likely because of the pool constuction sometime during late Oct 2001, or 2002....Check hergus' website, it is listed before and after aerial photo shots of the pool/property.

Actually somebody was in error on that. They refinanced the first in December of 2001 and that is the only loan recorded on the house. One poster mistakenly interpreted the Grant Deed from the former owner to Laci and SP to be a 2nd loan on the property. The money for the pool could have come from that refi.
