KCBS is reporting that the conference at 4 pm PST in Modesto is regarding the fatal LEO shooting whereas the parolee, Earl Foster Jr was fatally shot last night in Modesto about 1115 PM.

If all this has already been said, I have some posts to catch up to...lol... Wow, this is a big one maybe this evening....

One last thing, TV stations reporting Scott Peterson has been arrested, or a warrant has been arrested, and he was arrested in San Diego, and KNTV has been breaking with some of the swirl of rumors til the conference...... ;o)

The police took a long time to arrest him, obviously they have SOME evidence or they wouldn't have arrested him!

The fact that they took this long should make Scotty VERY NERVOUS. It means they want an airtight case so that the needle doesn't get pulled out of Scott's arm at the last minute.
