The gun industry seeks to avoid accountability because it knows it makes it easy for criminals to get guns. And the losers would be Americans who have already made enormous sacrifices. There is only one proper response to such blantantly false statements.

(is it still owned by the english?) No! The English parent company was forced to sell it back to Americans at a huge loss.

Thank you for the corrected story. I wish my version were true but reality is good enough!
Brady's still a puke.

What about immunity for the makers of vaccines in the patriot act?
To: longtermmemmory
Maybe that's next.
All industries should be protected from the lawsuits that would drive them out of business.
My wife was on a jury where a ladder company was being sued. The ladder was twenty years old and was left out in the weather before the careless people decided to use it. Next time you look at a ladder, count the warning labels.

It would be interesting to find out what Brady junior is doing with his evil sniper [deer] rifle.
Wait for an anonymous letter to the editor from someone who claims to hunt but doesn't think gun control is a bad idea.

Totally off-topic, but did you know that only about 1,000 people contribute to keep Free Republic up and running? That is out of over 100,000 registered users on this site.
So with only about $6,000 dollars to go to meet this quarter's goal, I am going to post the following and hope that those who might read this thread will send a couple bucks FR's way.
What would you do Without Free Republic?

Americans cherish their right to seek redress from the courts...
*Yawn*
Well Mz Brady, THIS American will continue to cherish her RIGHT to KEEP and BEAR
her .357mag Taurus, .45 Colt, .45 Ruger, MAK-90
