Remember how these reporters are acting - like theyre covering a football game. No wonder the others got shot. There will be more.

"General you said those were AK-47 shots, so those are ours, right.--Rita Cosby
I would have loved it if General Mac had told her "Why don't you shut up and pay attention, Lard-ass. You just might learn something. We covered that already with the last boob anchor crew that preceeded you"
Dara Alexander asked the same stupid question, seconds after General Scales had explained the difference between the sounds of both the AK-47s and M-16s.
I've been flipping around to CNN and MSNBC and their their mouths are on full automatic, spitting out equally inane commentary.
Oh great. Now they're bringing in Orin Hatch for more "brilliant" analysis.
Quick, go get Arlen Specter in on this. He can probably explain how a single bullet made all of those gunshot sounds by itself.

I could not believe how GREAT she was with that fatuous slob-ed asner. At the end-she made her point and methinks ed will not really be interested in being her guest anymore.
I like her. And I like Geraldo. And I like Greta and I especially like the Fox and Friends crew-weekdays and the weekend crew. These folks love America. And I like that.

Hour and one-half now. Steve on Fox saying that this will be shown on Arab TV as proof that Iraqi "freedom fighters" are still holding the American invaders at bay.

MSNBC had night vision on. That is annoying. They have lights there they don't need them! MSNBC seems to be closer to it than Fox.

Did you just see the dog running down the street on the MSNBC night vision cam? Weird.

I don't want to make any rash assessments about anybody's intelligence, but Rita and her male cohort are coming across fairly stupid right now. I had to switch. At least Bob Arnot's voice is not as grating.

I had to switch as well. MSNBC is doing a much better job on this. More variety of camera shots, and Bob Arnot does a great job. (I can live without Lester, though.)

I'm not liking MSNBC's Bob Arnot broadcasting. He's giving locations and holding the phone closer to the guy giving troop orders to pull around, pull together -- then Bob goes on to explain what that means! "So what they are going to do now is pull back all their ... blah blah blah..." -- and this is live...

You must realize that many of the questions asked are for the benefit of the viewers, not the host.
If they feel something needs explaining or more details, they'll ask what sometimes seem like stupid questions.
Some details are quite interesting, like the retired General explaining the difference in sound between the AK-47s and the M-16s.

I wish Rita would STFU. Turned over to MSNBC, announcer calling for silence, but Bob Arnot is on scene. Fox missed that latest exchange of fire.

Fox missed that latest exchange of fire.Yup, and it was cool. Lots of tracers real close up to the camera. Fox is getting beat bad.

Wouldn't worry about him giving locations. Everyone knows he on the ground in front of the hotel. Doubt the snipers are watching right now! LOL

JMVHO... it takes a real shooter to know the difference. I wouldn't be too hard on a reporter for not knowing what weapon is being fired from video feed.
