"It might be coincidence, but the chairman of Reuters stepped down yesterday "
---
Intereting. Reuters was the one, who forbade their reporters to refer to terrorists as "terrorists". Maybe there is more to it, than bad judgment. Things are surely starting to unravel.

Good point, the belief in "international law" is selectively manifest by Russian apologists. Funny, when Russia itself compulsively violated UN sanctions. I guess such laws only apply to the US.

And Russia is still a Godless country.
So all these "revelations" should come as no surprise to the astute.

"Heh heh:)). You bombed very much of decoys. Remember Yugoslavia?"
Unfortunately, NATO was in control of that 'conflict' and restricted our aircraft from flying less than 15,000 feet and not allowing special forces to operate. We do just fine on our own, thank you.

Storm warned that the appeasement of commies would not work back long long ago!
America is selling itself out and has been since the 1930's and we still are. Stop dealing with North Korea stop feeding it stop helping it and it will fall same with Russia and all commies. But no what do our leaders do they sell us out like fools.........

No wonder the United States didn't tell Blair until right before the airstrike on Saddam the first night! Makes sense now! I wonder what Condi had to say during her trip to Russia this past week ..

I have noticed a shift on this thread! I began to think I was going nuts. I have just had this really bad feeling about the Russians and Putin for sometime. Something was not right there!

I would have liked to be a fly on the wall when she visited. Looks to me like that visit didn't make any difference to Putin. He is still attacking us verbally!

It's not "just" spying.
Highly recommend reading the entire article, in case you already just skimmed it. The title is misleading. There is a much bigger story buried in the article -- with documents found that prove it, which clearly marks Russia as an active supporters of terrorism against the West.
"Moscow also provided Saddam with lists of assassins available for "hits" in the West and details of arms deals to neighbouring countries. The two countries also signed agreements to share intelligence, help each other to "obtain" visas for agents to go to other countries and to exchange information on the activities of Osama bin Laden, the al-Qa'eda leader."

So all these "revelations" should come as no surprise to the astute.Just wanted to highlight that statement. Some of us have been clobbered for our opinions that Putin was not a friend of the United States and could not be trusted. Nice to see that more people are getting it!

He is still attacking us verbally! I haven't had a chance in the last couple days to really follow the news ... When did he do this?
I am aware of France and Germany trashing us in public/private .. but Russia/Putin always walked that fine line and didn't trash US or Bush

Moscow also passed on information of Russians who could help Iraqi politicians obtain visas to go to many Western countries.
This is bad enough!
To: Just mythoughts
I believe when the story is fully told we will see Russia not an aligner but leader in putting a stop to freeing the people of Iraq, hiding behind France and Germany and the Clintons skirts. We may also discover that some Democrats (ex-presidents) are involved in hiding Bin Laden and Saddam. Tin Foil Hat stuff for sure, but it is in their best interest and I would put nothing past them.

Thd KURDs should be allowed to establish their own republic in or out of what is called IRAQ! Just deserts for the tretcherous Turks.
Also the captured picture of the Communist Party in Iraq, a Dictatorship run by the "Bath" Party, tells the whole story with Putin (former KGB) and The Red Russian Republic. The "Peace" Sympathizer Demonstrations were organized by the Commies & Socialists - France and Germany are Socialist - time to rethink who our allies are - trust Poland a little more, bail from the UN and Nato.
To: RusIvan
I believe Russian and others pretty much destroyed the UN by trying to subvert the whole organization....typical Commie Cruuds.
