I heard a rumor a while back that you guys fired off a few ICBMs +++

Doc is it true that article we talked about now?
I even may imagine how much fuss it would up while it was brought here about that.

Just turn on your common sense please and you will find the answer.

OK..... I just read the first 50 posts..... but..... has anyone addressed the issue of the nuke??. Were they wheeled into Syria in the 18 wheelers we observed going in there for the weeks before the war OR are they on the Iraqi ships still out circling somewhere in the Arabian Ocean with radio silence for about a month or so now??

State is just to protect rights. Doesn't american state protect rights?

Russia creates the rights. This is no small difference. We do not rely on the state to protect our rights. We instead give the state limited power in for limited purposes. We also retain the power to resist the state and to overthrow the state if necessary and replace it.

In the constitution you showed me, all power is in the state and the state provides the rights and protections to its subjects.

In russia the state is supreme. In our country the individual is supreme.

This difference is more than semantics and is the reason Russia will never rival us. Our individual freedoms are no match for Russia's.

If you were making so much money in Russia, why did you come to the US? ++++

Because US has even more prospects. I make here even more. And I was very curious too. I like to learn.

Perhaps it IS time to threaten the world with an isolationist position that we could take. Kick the UN out. Withdraw all handouts. What would all those countries do without our handouts (even Russia) and our humanitarian trade and our commerce. I'm sure some would come the re-think what the hell they are doing!!

Or are we headed towards WWIV????

Same is in Russia. You just read the preambule of constition.
Ok we may discuss that later. I have to go now.

Not such a hugh revelation, just a clearer vision of the abject duplicity of the Communist/Fascist enemy here and abroad that will do anything to destroy the USA...better stay aware and keep your enemies close...better to use the velvet stiletto!

You just read the preambule of constition

The preamble isn't exactly the fine print. It establishes the basic premise of the entire document. Your constitution is the exact negative of ours.

"And, of course, seal our borders."

I agree!!! And deny any more "visas" from all countries - except maybe the UK and Australia. And close down the UN.

I'm mad.

"Do you forget Afganistan thing already? "

Russia had no vested interest in Afganistan - as they did in Iraq - arms and money.

Russia & Iraq 2 pissants in a pod...I would say 50-75% of Freepers expected this from the Russ-shit-es and 100% expected it from the Saddamites.

I agree completely, the cold war never really ended. Communism may have failed in the Soviet Union, but it never died out in the hearts of the Europeans. They have been planning to resurrect it in it's new world form, after harnessing the wealth of the US to rebuild it. We were fools not to see this coming. Thank God that Gore is not president.

Think about the help that we have given Moscow in building their oil industry and other commercial interests.
