The fact that Putin was a former KGB and in recent months has consolidated the fractured pieces of the KGB back under his control in one agency spoke volumes.+++
How about department of home-land security? Is it KGB like?
Accualy Putin copied US goverment structure. With some modifications of cause.
If you look deep enough to modern Russia state you will find that it copies american's very closely.

What Russia was interested in respect with Saddam is preservation of international law and role of UN. Saddam or not Saddam. Because now everyone can war on everyone. No law left in the world. I thought you were possibly a reasonable person, defending Mother Russia.
I was wrong.

Well, well no big surprise. This war in Iraq was always about soooooo much more. We just lopped off one of Russia's(an China's?) Medusa heads in Iraq now onto Damascus HQ for at least 12 terrorist organization with direct ties to you know who. Wolsey called this "World War IV" Halvey (ex chief Mossad) called it "World War III" I'll say maybe "Full Court Press II"? Whatever. We are in the infancy of something that's growing fast.

it started on September 11, 2001 with a sneak attack that left over 3,000 innocent Americans dead.+++
Right. But it was Al Kaeda with Saudis is not it?
Saddam was just petty dictator of ME. Like those in any where there.

>> You can say Turkey is "less in the hole"--but we can say, with confidence, that we're not out another $26B.
See how nice it worked out? Plus we're not going to draw any nutty suicide bombers on ourselves either.. Sounds like, even though by accident, it worked out just fine!

As I say you ready to believe any BS about Russia. What good maybe out of wrong believes? Its believable because they stabbed us in the back at the UN and caused a war. They must have had good reason too treat us like crap. These doc's if true, make their actions at the UN understandable. That is why it its believable.

The point is that we are defending ourselves, not lashing out wildly. The rest of the world needs to understand this.
And Colin Powell has shown that AQ was operating in Iraq.

I think you summed it up well!
To obtain this information alone, was worth invading Iraq, we at least know, who our enemies are now.

We are not really importing Russian Oil in any signifigant way now. However... We can switch Iraq with Saudi Arabia at the top of our list. Hell. let's just buy the whole lot from Iraq. Mexico, Nigeria, Venezuela, Canada, and the Saudis might be sad... but oh well. It is good that they should be sad.
Good, too, would be rescinding Nunn-Lugar.
That fungible U.S. taxpayer money funded Poot's Topol-M.
