Israel WAS God's chosen people.
It still is. However, the Israel in question is the Israel of God, the followers of his Son, Christ.
Notice that none of the quotations you posted are from the New Testament. Many things changed with the coming of Christ. Among them is the identity of God's chosen people.

33 "Listen to another parable.
(30) There was a landowner who (31) PLANTED A (32) VINEYARD AND PUT A WALL AROUND IT AND DUG A WINE PRESS IN IT, AND BUILT A TOWER, and rented it out to vine-growers and (33) went on a journey.
34 "When the harvest time approached, he (34) sent his slaves to the vine-growers to receive his produce. 35 "The vine-growers took his slaves and beat one, and killed another, and stoned a third.
36 "Again he (35) sent another group of slaves larger than the first; and they did the same thing to them.
37 "But afterward he sent his son to them, saying, 'They will respect my son.'
38 "But when the vine-growers saw the son, they said among themselves, 'This is the heir; come, let us kill him and seize his inheritance.' 39 "They took him, and threw him out of the vineyard and killed him. 40 "Therefore when the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those vine-growers?"
41 They said to Him, "He will bring those wretches to a wretched end, and (36) will rent out the vineyard to other vine-growers who will pay him the proceeds at the proper seasons."
42 Jesus said to them, "Did you never read in the Scriptures, '(37) THE STONE WHICH THE BUILDERS REJECTED, THIS BECAME THE CHIEF CORNER stone; THIS CAME ABOUT FROM THE LORD, AND IT IS MARVELOUS IN OUR EYES'? 43 "Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people, producing the fruit of it. 44 "And (38) he who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces; but on whomever it falls, it will scatter him like dust."
45 When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard His parables, they understood that He was speaking about them.
IMHO, the words of Jesus clearly show that he was proclaiming a change in the status of the Jews AS A PEOPLE.

To add a little more to the discussion:
KJ:Galations 3:26-29: "For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek (explanation: Greek meaning Gentile), there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise."
KJ:Ephesians 2:8-13: "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands. That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world: But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ."
Finally, Galations 2:19-20: "Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God. And are build upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone."

Maybe "chosen" doesn't mean automatically saved. I'm no Bible expert but I don't think Jesus came to undo the Old Testament, he came to fulfill it ----but he didn't unchoose the chosen people. Jesus chose some apostles too ---but they wouldn't necessarily be saved ---like Judas. Even the New Testament talks about rebuilding Jerusalem.
