These weapons scientists are CERTAIN to be charged with "war crimes" and to be convicted of such, especially if they do not show up for their trial. France can not flaunt the international community with impunity in this case, and I will be surprised if they try to do so.

That's probably why Saadi surrendered yesterday - he waited until they were gone so he could afford to give "info" and no one could get to them.
