MSNBC's Bob Arnott: Iraqi Hospitals Filled Children with Gunshots - From Saddam's Fedeyeen
MSNBC

Bob Arnott was just on MSNBC reporting that he had traveled to many of the hospitals in the area and assisted in the care for the many children in the facilities that have been struck by gunfire (he's also a doctor). He said he was unsure what the mood in the hospitals would be but found the doctors and patients to be "ecstatic" that Saddam was gone. He then said that the gunshots were all made by small caliber weapons that the U.S. Army does not have and, when he inquired further about the cause of the wounds, he was told by parents and hospital staff that the paramilitary forces were shooting kids on purpose to make it look like the U.S. forces were inflicting civilian casualties.

... he was told by parents and hospital staff that the paramilitary forces were shooting kids on purpose to make it look like the U.S. forces were inflicting civilian casualties. And the DU Dummies blame it on Americans. They haven't a clue. They have absolutely no idea what's going on in the real world.

The "problem with the anti-war protestors" is....THEY ARE STUPID. And support EVIL.
There is no difference between Michael Moore and a Nazi-sympathizer.

If you check Oliver North's reports, these scumbags were not Iraqis. They were the same kind of imported goons we faced in Afghanistan - Syrians, Egyptians, Sudanese, Somalis, Saudis, etc.
Its always easier to get foreigners to shoot down your own people - Saddam knew that.

Be skeptical all you want.
A NATO 5.56mm bullet striking within 200yds or so dumps its energy in a fairly explosive manner. Basically what you would get is dead kids, and maybe a couple of surivivors with missing limbs.
Such wounds wouldn't look anything like those made by a .22 rimfire.

Dr.Bob is not going to let these stories be buried, is my prediction.

but they want to blame the police for every hostage that is shot by their captors.
Well, of course -- it's only logical. If the US troops weren't in Iraq, then the Feyedeen would not have felt the need to shoot children to make the US look bad. Obviously this is the fault of the US.

I loved the sign caried in front of the marines by Iraqis. It read, "Sadamn's human shields get out of Iraq"
Now I hear some of the anti-American Arab TV people are being stoned and chased out of Iraq. Bless them all for seeing the truth at last.
Also word the UN is not welcome in Iraq either, for they are seen as supporting Sadamn.
I think the much vaunted Arab street is getting a wake up call in reality TV.

The ss109 round has been found to have much less of the action you describe it requires around 6-8' to start coming apart. It is the cause of the reports of multiple hits being required to down a hostile. There is one round that may be in use that leaves a very distinctive wound though. The 5.45x39 that is used in the AK74 It only requires about 2-3" to start tumbling. Another possible distinctive small caliber round would be the 7.62x25 used in handguns and submachine guns.
