I believe you're right Doug and was just the same recollection I had and mentioned to some folks but couldn't recall his name.

Why wouldnt this be on the national wires yet? Nothing on an AP search, or Drudge, etc.. This is huge!

The press has done and will continue to do all they can to hide the truth as they always have.

Got me. Every drum of pesticide makes national news. It could be they haven't spotted this story yet. The writer, Carl Prine, is with the Trib, not a news service. He is embedded with the Marines. Maybe the mainstream doesn't want to pick up a story from the Trib --- ground zero of the VRWC. ;~))

Probably the same reason that the "children's" prison in N. Iraq has not appeared. It would not suit the needs of the anti-Americans.

Never forget that "laser isotope seperation" is a technique using a laser to purify elements including nuclear ones. Iraq was being allowed to develop this right under everyone's (including Blix) nose.

Oh no, this will really ruin their day over at DU. After all, Iraq had a clean nuclear bill of health.

I agree. I can't believe the way it's being ignored.

"To nuclear experts in the United States, the discovery of a subterranean complex is highly interesting, perhaps the atomic "smoking gun" intelligence agencies have been searching for as Operation Iraqi Freedom unfolds. "

If this is true, then I assume it's likely that terrorists already posess radioactive material.

They are probably lugging it across our southern border now...

"... Can someone explain all the references to Christmas. These people don't celebrate Christmas. Thoughts?

My guess is that card was destined for delivery to Chirac last Christmas.

This isn't the proverbail smoking gun, this is a mushroom cloud.

Inspector Blix and that Baby Blue Marine Ritter should be sent forthwith to this site, put in a cage and see how long it takes for them to stop chirping.
