"Our banks operate under federal centralized banking..." True, but how would you propose banks be operated differently?! It seems a common currency is preferable to a bunch of separate state currencies, so the Federal level would be the appropriate level for some sort of uniformity in the institutions that are charged with warehousing and discharging said currency. I'm all fer more sunshine laws designed fer uncovering the devious shenanigans that may occur in the Federal bureaucracies charged with overseeing the banks, but I'm not sure how you'd go about decentralizing control of our monetary system away from the Federal level.
