This just in: France this morning surrendered to Lithuania, the township of Franklin, Maine, and the JV Cheerleading squad from Eastern High School in Montgomery, Alabama.

After witnessing the jubulation and DANCING in the streets of Bagdad, President Jac Chirac has decided that the French can no longer allow the US led coalition forces to get all of the credit. He issued an order to get these guys in there ASAP and help organize them and their celebrations!
