You are the one who is making it sinister. I just stated that he licensed his photos through a fee based company.
I didn't say he is taking the profits and blowing it on booze and hookers.

The Smart's got FREE press and interviews to help find their daughter. The Christian thing to do would be to at least offer some photo's of her for FREE, you know, sort of a thank you "gesture" for all the media attention they received. But they aren't doing that...$$$$.
They WANT the movie made, they hired an Entertainment Lawyer.
The Smarts have proven once again, sadly, that most everyone has their price.
