HILLARY CLINTON BOOK PAST DUE, PUBLISHER'S ANGST OVER NO MANUSCRIPT, NO TITLE; SENATOR TOOK LARGEST ADVANCE IN HISTORY
Executives at publishing powerhouse SIMON AND SCHUSTER are dismayed over Hillary Clinton's failure to turn in a completed manuscript for her book, due out in August, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
The senator of the Empire State has already received a $2.85 million cash advance on her memoirs, from a total deal valued at more than $8 million.

"We must be off to the printer next month, but the manuscript isn't in yet!" said one SIMON AND SCHUSTER source last week. "Advance sales are lagging. And there is no title. Without a title it's been difficult to market."
One top source says the situation has not reached a legal concern, rather it is being described as an "annoyance."
The former first lady signed the deal before the 9/11 terror attacks.
One Clinton intimate explains: "In all fairness, she has been preoccupied with serving New York during these challenging times... [But] the writing is wonderful, touching, and will lift Hillary to a new level of respect."

Ghost writer is nowhere to be found..!!Tipster suggests checking Marcy Park.

There is only one logical reason for this. She signed the book deal before 9-11, the politcal landscape has drastically changed- i.e. the normal Clinton rhetoric will not fly now. Clintons don't write anything unless it serves them politically. My guess she is waiting to see if the climate will change back to a more befitting climate.Yes.
The most difficult thing for congenital lyars to do is to write a book. When you write the truth from the heart it is easy but for a liar who has to examine every angle, every comment from the past, every disemination, every verbal contortion, it must be impossible.
Since there are two books, the two of them are having to collaborate, and that is bound to be bogging things down. These will be the blandest, most boring books in history, even worse than Al and Tipper's book.

I guess it's a bit of challenge to write your memoires when everything item in her list could be used as an indictment against her. Kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place! : )

That's just a rhetorical question,right??

Somehow one of my favorite phrases, "A thousand monkeys typing on a thousand typewriters for a thousand years could not produce War and Peace," seems strangely appropriate to reading this news.

"Perhaps she misplaced them..... " More likely she doesn't recall making a book deal, or receiving an advance.

"...Ghost writer is nowhere to be found..!!..."
This could be the answer to the mystery. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to find that the latest ghost writer got sick of Hillary's abuse (wasting time, not responding to inquiries, constant shift in the story, not getting paid), quit and took the manuscript with her.
No manuscript, no ghost writer and Hillary with her her finger in the air to determine which way the winds are blowing with a view to New Hampshire in February.
Simon & Schuster should have known: contracts, obligations and responsibilities are for "the little people." They don't apply to queens.

One Clinton intimate explains: "In all fairness, she has been preoccupied with serving New York during these challenging times... [But] the writing is wonderful, touching, and will lift Hillary! (emphasis Mine!) to a new level of respect." It might lift her from the level of the scum on the underside of the lid of a diaper pail all the way to the level of something I would scrape off the bottom of my shoe.
This manuscript will be withheld for another five months so the release of the book can be coordinated with the Draft Hillary! movement, which will begin after all other Democratic Presidential contenders have either been shown to be hopeless incompetents or have suffered tragic light aircraft accidents.
