What is the point of his lies, I don't even understand it in terms of propaganda. He's just setting himself up to be the man behind the curtain. I have been paying him to do this. My idea was to have an honest-to-goodness Enemy Propaganda Minister, complete with beret and uniform, get up there on TV every day to say things that are stolen from the New York Times. I thought this would help expose the bias in the New York media, but I'm afraid it's backfiring. My spies tell me that ABC is unhappy with the ratings that George Clintonstooge is getting on Sundays, so now they are thinking about replacing him with Baghdad Bob. I obviously cannot outbid ABC News. I could afford this when it was costing me two bucks a week to make Bob a millionaire in Iraqi dinars, but now Bob is finding out that I snookered him. That's why he's sounding less and less like the New York Times and more like Peter Jennings. |

Baghdad Bob can join his friends, Baghdad Moore, Baghdad Penn, Baghdad Streisand, Baghdad Garofalo and Baghdad Farrell.
They can all get together behind Baghdad Kerry in calling for Regime Change in America.

Hollywood----
Sean Penn leads the "A-List Pack" to play the role of "Baghdad Bob" in a new Universal package being rushed thru development.
Penn makes no effort to hide his desire to get the role. "I went to Iraq and stayed with him (Baghdad Bob)and learned him (sic)," the taciturn actor said from the set of the ongoing production "Halsey" (Miramax) where he stars as Admiral Bull Halsey.

Not to change the subject but...where are Saddam's moles in this picture? The most recent Saddam had two moles on the left side of his face. One large below the sideburn and one smaller, but very noticeable, near the eye. Maybe the Iraqi Airbrush Ministry was at work on this portrait.

Sean Penn playing the role of Admiral "Bull" Halsey? Goodness, gracious--what an obscenity!
I thought it was bad enough when that sniveling wife beater Baldwin dared to play the great Jimmy Dolittle.

Perhaps I could help out. I think ABC's getting away with $10/week, so if we get another 4 people in this, we can get Baghdad Bob back to reading the Slimes. :-P)

What is the point of his lies, I don't even understand it in terms of propaganda. He's just setting himself up to be the man behind the curtain. The Arab mindset. Speaking in extremely broad terms, lying is openly acceptable to them, particularly if it's for reasons Good For the Arabs. Of course, it helps a lot too to be working for a scumbag like Saddam Hussein, in a media environment so free that you will get shot for disagreeing with Baghdad Bob. Having no criticism of your oratory is a great way to develop a swelled head very quickly. And he's probably been doing this for years.

You know, If you take a look, Baghdad does look like Bakersfield. Hot, dusty, dilipadited buildings, and illegals all over the place. I'm beginning to think Baghdad Bob is right.
