KERRY ALERT: Americans tell Kerry where to put his "regime change"
NY POST ^ | April 6, 2003 | letters column

Edited on 05/26/2004 5:13:14 PM PDT by Jim Robinson. [history]

In its effort to disarm a genuine madman, the U.S. military has gone further, saved more Iraqi civilians and taken fewer casualties then any one dared to dream possible. In spite of this - or perhaps because of our success - presidential hopeful Sen. John Kerry sees fit to call for a regime change in America ("John Kerry's Calumny," Editorial, April 4). By uttering these contemptible words while our brave men and women are in combat, Kerry proves himself to be shameless, despicable and completely unfit for any type of political office in this nation. Democrats should speak out against him, or they will soon be battling the Green Party for political relevancy.

The only comparison I see is between Kerry and Benedict Arnold.

Turncoats Kerry, Peter Arnett and Geraldo Rivera reek with the odor of betrayors of our Nation.

We might also add the vile statements of the Dixie Chicklets and lowbrow denizens of the Hollwarped swamp to our Moments to Remember during wartime.

Conyers used the "regime change" line at a small rally in Detroit yesterday. Apparently this is on the Rat talking points list and they think it is really clever.

I do remember that this line was first used by Harrison Ford, so the line isn't even oroiginal with Conyers and Kerry...they stole it.

A pox on them all.

I actually made the Benedict Arnold comparison myself a few days ago.

Peter Arnett doesn't rise to the level of a Benedict Arnold. Arnold after all was a true combat hero before becoming a traitor. Arnett has always been a weasel.

Geraldo was just being a fool, not malicious, at least IMHO.

Probably came from a secret Streisand memo.

Don't I remember some controversy about Kerry and possible war crimes under his watch?

Apparently the Dumbocrats all signed off on the Regime Change Act.

Next up, I suppose we'll hear the DNC's McAwful do his bit for ant-Americanism.

I love it! Every time the Democrats send out a memo, they make more enemies in their own ranks.

We are in the middle of a regime change...the Democratic Crime Syndicate, like Saddam, like their propaganda machines, are destined for the ash heap of history. They still don't get it.

Geralso had to have been give strict instructions on procedures of war as to what was
reportable and what was not. He deliberately chose to disregard military procedures.

Geraldo knowingly jeopardized soldiers who were already in harm's way by exposing their
positions and attack strategies.

You might characterize that as merely being foolish. I do not.

I agree totally, Liz. If any of our troops had died as a result of Geraldo's gross stupidity, he'd be up for charges of treason.

There was a story about former Senator Bob Kerrey leading a seven-member team of
Navy Seals into Thanh Phong village in February 1969, that murdered more than a dozen
women and children which was supposedly part of a CIA mission to commit war crimes.

Geraldo's ego was in top form in this incident. He thinks he's much smarter than
the average bear. He was not going to let military commanders cramp his style.

To sew up the Democrat nut-case vote, Kerry will announce
he's found his long-lost twin brother, who was separated at birth.

Lurch would have made a great Marine... and has more active brain cells than Kerry.

I also see more Democrats, not part of the political base, that will never vote again for some of these clowns. These leftists have cut their own throats.
