That's worth repeating . "Please look down. The moving sidewalk is about to end."

LMAO!!!
I'm not even a fan, but that one made me gag!

I have noticed that both CNN and MSNBC have gotten more balanced in their reporting the last week or so. I guess they had to. They were getting beaten by the "fair and balanced" network. I love competition!

"Heard it, lights out in Baghdad and Najif. Pentagon and CENTCOM both say they didn't do it. Possible coup."
Maybe the Ba'athists and Saddamites did not pay their bills, and this is the first time the light company has had the nerve to emforce a cutoff notice. . .

Still cannot believe they used that gas in such high amounts to kill the hostages as well.
I have to wonder if the Iraqi's are hiding WMDs in these tunnels which would make it more difficult to use anything until they find out what is there. Nothing would surprise me out of this regime.

That's the news alert Fox just had, said tunnel opens in/at the Tigris. Saddam Hussein's palace is alongside the Tigris. I imagine this tunnel is the express route in and out of the palace so as to be unseen.

Don't shoot the messenger, that's what Linda Vester said at the time of the alert. Sometimes I regret posting, too many people are cynical around here.

I don't think Shep respects Geraldo.
I've caught a couple of lines from him.
Anybody hear Brian Kilmeade talk about Mike Tobin having a conversatin with an ABC reporter this morning? It was hilarious.
To: beaversmom; All
Where's Geraldo when you need him? HAHAHAHAHAAA...he was just now rambling on about something (from Kuwait) on FOX when they cut him off to announce that coalition forces have control of Saddam Airport.

I've noticed FR is pretty evenly split on the "Geraldo" front. I like him. :) Glad we could say this to each other without the requisite name-calling. hehe.

I wonder if the tunnel was planned as an escape route TO the airport for a fast airplane exit... Nothing's gone in and out of that airport for 2 weeks now. If those who wanted to escape didn't get out before then, they're still stranded.

Yep, I think you're right about a coup... I hope you're right, but I think it's more likely the regime trying to start up yet another humanitarian crisis to make us look bad. However, I think this may just fire up the populace to revolt that much quicker. We shall see.
