That's the news alert Fox just had, said tunnel opens in/at the Tigris.

Saddam Hussein's palace is alongside the Tigris. I imagine this tunnel is the express route in and out of the palace so as to be unseen.

Nothing's gone in and out of that airport for 2 weeks now. If those who wanted to escape didn't get out before then, they're still stranded.

I hope you're right, but I think it's more likely the regime trying to start up yet another humanitarian crisis to make us look bad. However, I think this may just fire up the populace to revolt that much quicker. We shall see.
