You guys will not believe what I witnessed on FoxNews a few minutes ago. Eleanore Clift and Bill Krystol debated Eleanore's wish for a negotiated solution to this war.
Not generally a big fan of neocon Krystal, he indirectly wripped this ----- a new one. He attacked the liberal media and stated they were in total meltdown.
Krystol gave examples of the media finally begrudgingly accepting victory is imminent. He then gave evidence of them putting it in the worst light and raising the issue of winning the peace next. Gotta say this is the most animated and on target I've seen Krystol. There was no equivocating. Nice.
Clift was so befuddled by Krystol's arguements that all she could say at the end was, "I hope you're right."
The left is absatootly friggen worthless.

I want to, right now, get down on my knees and thank God that her side did not win the last election. Can you imagine the mess we'd be in right now if Algore had made it to the White House? "I would never start this war if I were President", Former US Vice President Al Gore said via videoconferencing at the Economist Conference "Seventh Roundtable with the Government of Greece", which takes place April 2-4 in Athens.
Al Gore, whose participation in the conference has been prevented by secret services ban on travelling, underlined that he would have tried to deal with Saddam Hussein

Eleanor Clift. What a STUPID, IDIOTIC broad. She's completely out of her mind from hate!
Eleanor Clift said this was is looking less like a "war of liberation" and more like a "war of conquest"! Not only that, she said we may win the war but will probably "lose the peace". No doubt this is the next Democrat "talking point".
If I recall, Bill Krystol rolled his eyes and said this whole talk is insane and she was crazy.
One can only opine what Charles Krauthammer - a genuine psychiatrist - would diagnose Clift for!

Not only that, she said we may win the war but will probably "lose the peace". No doubt this is the next Democrat "talking point". Yes, it is.
Kerry is saying we'll need a new president in Washington after the war to make peace with the nations we've alienated. Bush can no longer represent a world for peace. No kidding!
They ARE setting the stage.
To: DoughtyOne
It's funny you should mention that....I never liked Bill Krystol, either.....until I really listened to him on Hugh Hewitt. He's pretty insightful and extremely well-spoken.
