			Edinburgh News ^ | April 3, 2003 | Evening News A BOMB exploded outside the British consulate in Istanbul today. A Foreign Office spokesman said the device was hurled at the building housing the visa section at 12.30am local time. Only superficial damage was caused and no-one was injured in the blast, which occurred shortly after England’s 2-0 victory over Turkey in a Euro 2004 qualifier at Sunderland last night.

I'm on the MSNBC cam. Have the same thing you have. Switched from CBS because it was still red. I'm sure that's generator.

It looks like a fire that's burning and flaring, perhaps after only one explosion. The night vision scope really amplifies normal light, so I'd really like to see what it looks like on a regular camera.
