So Takoma came back after two days? What was he doing, chasing after that cute little tuna? Probably out bar-hopping, and overdid it. Took an extra day to shake his hangover?

Ipersonally believe Peta, NOW, NAMBLA, etc., are actually comprised of mentally unbalanced people.
Exactly when did you come to this startling and revolutionary conclusion? :)

PETA sign: "We Support our Animals Shooting their Handlers" Yeah, I bet PETA-like folks were there alright . . .
Here is a link to the SF-IMC site where these FAR LEFT LIBERALS posted an actual pic (below) of one of their Support Saddam/Terrorists events recently and changed the image when I posted/linked it to an FR thread. The pic at the top of that link (of 2 Allied Soldiers TORTURING someone) was what they changed it to . . .
These folks at San Francisco Indy-Media are terrorist supporters . . .
Oh, the lurkers on FR from SF-IMC CANNOT change that picture (above) now since it is hosted by FR friendly sources ! Take that, FOOLS !! . . .

The thing about non-profit, special interest groups is that they need to have something to gripe about in order to persuade charitable people to continue to donate funds which, in too many cases, goes into the pockets of the administrators of the group.
I am amazed at the proliferation of non-profits, associations, foundations, groups, organizations that have sprung up. Donate to one, and 20 other like-minded groups send you mail and call on the phone soliciting you to join them and donate.
My sister works for a foundation and all they do, it seems, is have fund-raisers and spend the rest of the time planning more fund-raisers. She only told me this past weekend that this group hired a part-time developmental director for over $25,000.00 per year. This foundation is to dispense knowledge about certain health problems and after a lot of yak, yak, yak, people who call in are told to see a doctor. What will this foundation do if these certain health problems no longer exist?
Because these organizations exist under a banner of do-goodism, they push guilt buttons.
If Peta didn't have the dolphins, pigeons and chickens to worry about, they'd be screaming about the bugs I spray in my basement so they'd have a crisis in order to get more money. God forbid they'd take their able bodies and minds and go out and get a real job.
