Damn! Forgot that one!

Oh well, Hussein's invasion of Kuwait must be irrelevent to the current "invasion" of Iraq. .. the liberals are of course right (because they're college educators!) and claim that ONLY the evil, money-grubbin' US ever invaded anybody since 1939.

By the way, how many "freedom-loving" colonies has France re-attacked since they lost everything in WWII to Germany and Japan?

I can think of Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Surinam, French Guiana (maybe!), the Congo (I think - that might have been Belgium!); Libya; Morrocco, and Egypt.

Our "other" opponent in freeing Iraq is Russia: Don't THEY have a history of savagely attacking sovereign-states that were trying to escape THEIR oppression?

For those FoxFans...straight from Fox Fan Central...

Ask Major Bob
Does the U.S. have enough troops on the ground in Iraq? Can we survive house-to-house fighting with Saddam's Republican Guard? You ask the questions and FNC military analyst Major Bob Bevelacqua will answer. E-mail us at yourquestions@foxnews.com.

" New York Times article about the Pentagon briefing
today "

I was forced to listen to the briefing and Ari's briefing, in my car, between meetings.I have had a bellyful of these anti American, unpatriotic, anti military " Junk Journalists" to last me a lifetime. I am so sick of the news reports and articles with " unnamed sources". From now on, when the source is vague or unnamed-the report should be dismissed in it's entirety,by everyone, as being fabricated. What I think, we,the American people, should also demand is that every " journalist" be identified,as to their name and the news org they represent, prior to asking their questions at briefings. This would be a simple courtesy to those of us unable to see the briefings or unfamiliar with the print and lesser media junk journalists.I have had a bunch of people ask me,who the nasty redhead is,that sits in the front row of the CentCom briefings. If she would identify herself before asking her questions, everyone would know that her name was Kelly O'Donnell of NBC.It's past time to make the media accountable.

I have never noticed that the press identifies themselves at the Pentagon briefings. But I have heard all the reporters identify themselves at the CENTCOM briefings...at least the ones I have been able to watch. Sometimes you can't understand them because the mic might not be close enough to them yet, but I haven't noticed any not saying who they are and their affiliation.

Did the French attack the Ivory Coast?

I know the UN ignored it, but I'm not sure whether the French actually attacked down there.

I know they were sending troops to "quell" the population. I saw a sign being held by a citizen saying, "US Save us"! or something like that.

I heard a rumor that Achmed Vila and Norm Habib should have their website up and running in a week. E-mail will be answered during non-working / non-bombing hours.

The Klingons invasion of Cardassia in the year 2372 will not be successful, but the Combined Federation/Romulan/Klingon invasion of the Cardassian Union will be.

I've never held much credence in any media report from "unnamed sources." I consider them about the same as a broadcast reporter citing a reporter's published article in a newspaper as their source. That's about like Tom Brokaw quoting an article by Helen Thomas who sources it from The National Inquirer who sourced it from unnamed sources.
