Here's what I found on the Terror Teacher:
I don't know where this will go, but it cannot stand. Columbia receives federal government funds. Those funds should cease until he is fired. He has the freedom of speech to say what he wants, but advocating the death of Americans during time of war should have consequences.

I hope Hannity and O'Reilly get wind of this and tell the whole country about Columbia U. I desperately want to see those bastards try to defend those comments as American troops are dying.

Actually on careful inspection, the photo of this delightful person looks more like someone on anti-psychotic medication, such as Zyprexa (which can cause that stoned look). Methinks he needs a medication readjustment.

OK, OK. He looks stoned AND stupid. :-D
AND overmedicated.
I think it's the slewed eyes (how can he look in both directions at once?), the quirked eyebrows, and the slack mouth. In combination they make him look like the Village Idiot on drugs.
