I agree with you! I've heard on ABCCBSNBCCNBC that we are TOTALLY screwed up in the handling of this war.
Having full use of an enemy's airfield and using it to attack that enemy would have to mean we're doing something very right. I mean, it would be the same as kicking his ass then eating his lunch.
IT JUST CAN'T BE!!!!!!!!!
Somebody call browkaw and jennings and blather and get this straigtened out!!

Every day large cargo planes with more gear and troops. Iraq will be swarming with US and Brit forces in a few weeks. Saddam is toast.

Beruit 10 minutes 241 dead.
Vietnam 14 years 57,939 dead.
Korea 3 years 54,246 dead.
WWII 4 years 405,399 dead.
WWI 2 years 136,516 dead.
Civil War 4 years. North 363,020 dead. South 199,110 dead.

Well, surprise, surprise, we are running out of fuel, food, and have had bad weather..per the media..NOW after our (what is it now) 8 day's into Iraqi liberation, we are rotating aircraft from Iraqi soil! IMHO not bad! Not bad at all!
The troops are doing a GREAT job!
