CNN reporting big explosion in Kuwait City. Wolf Blitzer reporting no alerts or sirens, but some explosion heard downtown and now billowing smoke across the sky.

The Ministry of Information is the same building that has the PMSNBC Baghdad cam on it's roof. This was the first time it's been hit.
I've had that cam on constantly since the first night (saw and heard the "decapitation" strikes) and the one today was a shocker. The cam wasn't pointed where you could see the actual strike but you could see the flash, and it was very loud. It was the first bomb strike yet where you could hear the debris falling all around.
Very awesome.

Iraq is reporting deaths in a market place. I have seen two pics of this. One is just the lined bodies in white cloth coffins; this one shows a dark-skinned hand (To the right of the picture) like the body in the coffin is Barbie-doll sized. Would Saddam go as low as to fake these bodies in a coffin?
Is that a HAND. WHAT IS THAT?
