Thank you again Diogenesis for your thorough daily post. You need your own show, it would surely beat the network portrayal of hand-wringing, peace protests, and apologetic coverage of the war that they are now showing. These pictures of our brave soldiers is awe inspiring.

Private First Class Joseph DeWitt, 26, from Suffolk County, N.Y., carries a young Iraqi boy who was injured during a heavy battle between the U.S. Army's 7th Cavalry Regiment and Iraqi forces Tuesday near the village of Al Faysaliyah, Iraq.

Our soldiers are tough.....but tender.

I would bet this soldier is a father....I see a wedding ring.

Great post , thanks again, you have another fan.

The latest infuriating liberal media tactic I have seen goes something like this..Iraqi's welcomed US troops, then sneered at them behind their backs when they passed by because they don't want us here and love Saddam etc.

I think this set of pictures inparticular goes a long way to debunking that lie. I mean, our troops are busier than all get out doing their jobs,the defacing of the Saddam pictures, that is something the locals did as their first shot at free speech.....
