No, I am not kidding. I saw it reported on our local news. (Pasco, Wa) So far I haven't heard anything on national news.

I am pretty sure they said Illinois.

They showed a picture of it on the bed and it looked to be about 24 inches in diameter. They also showed some cars with damage.
