I wish we'd quit excusing Ritter with the myth that Saddam is holding something over his head. Dead or alive, I doubt that Hussein is spending much time right now thinking about blackmailing this isolated speck of vermin embedded in the world's dung heap.

Ritter is evil, plain evil. Obviously, he has some sort of twisted mental process, but he's not insane. He's cunning, egotistical and obsessed. But he most certainly would pass any psychological test to see if he knows the difference between right and wrong..
