I stay away from the cameras and the media in general

I haven't looked at the pics on the thead either but chances are I'm not in them:)

oh there might be 1 - we had an army guy come join us who is going to Iraq Wednesday and some air force pilots came by who will go over in the next few weeks too

1st Cav is a month out.
4th ID is not that far away from being there.

I don't know why they were let to sit so long either, my only guess is that staging them in Turkey was strategically best, and Franks was holding out hope on Turkey. I know from the press conference today (or yesterday) that they're bringing them into Southern Kuwait because it will be faster and easier to get them there.

Day 6. Here's my 2 cents, we need to black-out the media
reporting from the front lines #1. The iraqis are using this as Intel Infro..STOP with the live reporting #1. Let the iraqis start guessing and sending recon teams out looking for us. Capture MORE Iraqis POWs #2.
Now, that we know that Iraqis TV is set-up in a day care
center..USE THE E-BOMBS to knock-out there electrical systems in that area...#3 . Wait for re-enforcements #4.

THINK LIKE GEN. PATTON, not like a sissy Franks. If the Iraqis are hinding out in churches,schools,hospitals BOMB THEM, destroy the buildings.. PUT FEAR in them.

FIGHT DIRTY like we did in World War 2...

Take more POWS...just my 2 cents..This is World War 3 now.

I heard some ahole on CNBC earlier today, one of these "military analysts" say that the current plan is a failure and how Franks had better have a plan B. It was all I could do from kicking the TV.

Ok that's what I figured. Hubby was telling me that the newer versions of night vision you can flip between night vision and IR.
