1st Cav is a month out.
4th ID is not that far away from being there.

I don't know why they were let to sit so long either, my only guess is that staging them in Turkey was strategically best, and Franks was holding out hope on Turkey. I know from the press conference today (or yesterday) that they're bringing them into Southern Kuwait because it will be faster and easier to get them there.

I thought the 1st Cav was already their. Wasn't that downed Apache from the 1st? Or is the 1st Air Cav different?
