In Umm Qasr, an American hero helps an injured Iraqi prisoner of war,
even as Iraqis shot American POWs in the head to "motivate" other POWs.

A U.S. Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) Fox Company 'Raiders'
truck makes its way from the port of Umm-Qasr in southern Iraq
to a port facility in near the town Az-Zubayr, south of Basra as

Picture after picture of Freed Iraqis and Americans giving HUMANE care to Iraqis.
In return, the Iraqis have conducted war crimes.

Your best ever; but for once, I'm not going to praise you for bringing them together for us. I'm saving my praise for our champions in theater, in support, and those who are driving this soon-to-overwhelming-victory with their political leadership.
By the way, I totally agree with your assessment of the late dictator Saddam Hussein. 'This man's dead, Jim'. Thanks for including those facts.
The only thing I don't see covered here as much as I might like is the fact that the cowardly and murderous Iraqis tortured, mutilated, and executed our POW heroes. I understand that you may not be able to because of FR sensibilities, but in my opinion, every adult should see that footage---it is a stark dose of reality concerning the kind of animals we are dealing with.
Regards,
EV

As long as nothing is posted that can hurt operations or our troops, I say: God Bless whoever posted the pixs of our heroes.

You outdid yourself tonight! Thank you for the many Gotta See This Threads, which I always read.
After a weekend of angst and anger, this pic brought it all back in perspective. We are facing an evil that rivals anything known before, but we will not let our anger guide our actions. I am so proud of our troops.
