It's about time somebody started to call Paul Krugman (and the "newspaper of record" New York Times) to account. This is the opening salvo of what promises to be a regular feature on National Review Online. I've bookmarked it and hope many of you will do the same.

Please keep posting these Krugman Truth Squad pieces. FR was founded to dispel the libmedia fog and lies and this article is from someone who rightly recognizes that many people will believe anything printed by the Slimes or ABCNNBCBS. So this Truth Squad is our soulmate here at FR.
Keep posting 'em. They'll get the attention they deserve when this war winds down. You might want to start a Krugman Truth Squad bump list. If you do, put me on it.

I can't tell you how many times I've read Krugman's column and was simply dumbfounded. I imagine a glacier consuming the Economics department of Princeton University, in 1937, and Krugman getting unthawed only recently.
Even my Keynesian professor from Rutgers who ridiculed me in class for quoting Milton Friedman in 1983 has since admitted some of his errors, but not Krugman.
He's still coming up with new ways to divide the work of the village between picking berries, and slaying mastodons. It's Economics for the pre-Cambrian era, alive and well at Princeton, in spite of all but overwhelming evidence to the contrary. He'd rather make a point than be correct.
Although I don't think he's really that dangerous. In the financial circles I move, if you bring his name up it usually fosters laughter.

Awesome post.
Perhaps we can start a *Krugman_list and contribute to this effort.
Krugman's lies hold way too much sway.
(IMO - he knows he is lying, but lives by "the end justifies the means" approach to further his socialist agenda.)
