Is it a chemical factory or chemical WEAPON factory? Note the(re) was a General in charge. Even in Iraq they don't use them to operate fertilizer plants.
Actually, are we sure of this? In China all of the major industries are headed by Generals (or there "princelings"). And aren't all Baath party members also senior "officers" as a perq of power? I'd like to know what kind of General this guy is.
Mind you, a senior Baath party official in charge of a camouflaged chemical factory would also drive me to the same conclusion... not a baby milk plant.

Can't find his way out of the stall...I'd be surprised if his "waste" could find it's way to the terlet!

At least Fox waited until it could confirm this before reporting on it. THAT is what makes Fox #1, and the others wannabes.Apparently Brett Bair deserves some credit because he worked this story all day trying to confirm it. I'm sure that the other networks were happy to let this story fall between the cracks. Bair is going to get a thank you email from me.

What I want to know is why can our Military find this WMD factory in 4 days and the UN Inspectors could not find it in 3 months??Our military when about finding it in the right way! The way that works.

"This can't be. They don't have chemical weapons."And there are those who hate President Bush, Rumsfield, Wolferwitz, Cheney, etc, so much they will say we just planted it there because we needed to prove they had WMD.
Someone posted the other day we set the oil fields on fire ourselves "because it is for the oil".
Also I just heard a reporter say if we knew where those chemicals were why didn't we tell the weapons inspectors. He said he can just hear it starting all over again at the UN.

What is funny is that our people can sort of stumble across these things and the UN weapons inspectors couldn't find something in plain sight. I don't believe we stumbled across it. This was definately a military objective.

CNN just reported that we should not jump to conclusions --- that the plant may be a fertilizer plant.
P.S. Does on put a "general in charge of a factory" if it is a "fertilizer factory"????????
Screw CNNN.......

Also I just heard a reporter say if we knew where those chemicals were why didn't we tell the weapons inspectors. Is that not what we pay our dues to the U.N. for? Geez, maybe since they can't do what they are paid to do and find them on their own, maybe they should be considered "irrelevant"! What a concept, Eh?

You must not get FNC. And I think you meant to direct that previous comment to the Rogue.

Something happened to these people circa 1500 - 1700. The Renaissance happened "to" them. Up until then, the West was fighting on their terms, with their weapons.
After that, the West surged ahead -- technologically, culturally, and politically. Islam couldn't (and can't) compete with Western Civilization. Western Civilization can defeat itself, but the salamikazes can't do it.

In some areas MSNBC is making an effort to break away from the anti American bias, Lester Holt did a great job of making the Iraqi ambassador squirm earlier. But some reporter hussy was EMPHATIC in denying the report by the Jerusalem Post.
Forest Sawyer just suggested that it might be an Aloe Vera factory... with camoflauge, barbed wire and booby traps?

Don't forget, it had barbed or electrical wire around about it and was camoflauged by sand.....but oh, yeah, it was only a warehouse for fertilizer! CNN is nothing but sSaddamocrats.
