In tribute to the Armed Forces today the participants will be mostly dressed in black and for the men business attire is encouraged.
Celebratory music has also been cancelled as well

He said the usual thank you's.....and he ended his speech with talking about the pain in the world...and said, who ever you pray to, whether you call him God or Allah, pray for a speedy resolution to this war. He then said that his best friend from Queens was in Kuwait as a soldier...and he hoped he came home soon.
I paraphrased....but think I got most of it.
